Do you want to create a mobile app for iPhones iPads or Android phone or tablets but you don’t have a budget, you don’t know how to program, and you don’t know where to get started?
If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then you are going to have to learn how to write code or learn how to use a framework to accomplish your goal.
You will have to raise some money in order to get you app published into either the Apple App or Google Play Store. Apple charges $99 per year for a Developers account which is a requirement in order to publish apps and Google charges $25 one time registration fee to publish apps into the Google Play store.

Learn how to use a framework – Less difficult to learn, faster to complete and is a portable method meaning that you can create your app once by using html, CSS and Javascript and then develop apps for both Apple and Android Smartphones and Tablets (Recommended)
